Job Description

  1. Maintain customer database and keep contact with the existing customer and new customers to understand their needs, and to explain how to meet the requirements with the specific products.
  2. Monitor and report to the Sales manager the requirements of customers’ which is not in the stocks and suggesting additional related products to improve sales.
  3. Advising customers’ on substitution or modification when identical materials are not available when required and resolve customers’ queries about products, prices and availability.
  4. Keep update on market situation and report competitor prices to the management for possible actions.
  5. Research the availability pertaining to our products, either within the retail facility or from other sources as necessary and perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  6. Must be alert to sales opportunities by taking the time to ask customers questions and provide information about the products and availability.
  7. Provide quotations and estimates within the time frame.  
  8. Ensure quality of work, finish the Projects and deliver in the agreed time frame.
  9. Maintain a high degree of expertise with Storage, Racking/Warehouse system, business and functions performed in order to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction with the products and services.
  10. Discreetly handle customers’ complaints in a professional manner.
  11. Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
