Job Description:
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times
Skills:
Moderate Level of English
Ability to work morning (8:30-4:30) and night shifts (3:00-11:00).
Quick Learner, ability to learn Point of Sale System
Basic Math Skills
Excellent at communicating with the customer
