Job duties and responsibilities:
● Reach out to potential customers to present our product and service offering through Calls, Emails, Social Media & other tools
● Tele-calling & E-Meeting potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
● Generating promising leads to pursue
. ● Address any questions or issues customers may have
● Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
● Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
● Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
● Using sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
● Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
● Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.

Requirements and qualifications:
● Join immediately.
● Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
● Good negotiation skills
● Have the skills to work remotely and generate business online
● Good in English and Arabic with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
● Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
● Industry experience of 2+ years in a Business-to-Business or Information Technology or Telecom Industry.
● Comfortable speaking with high-level decision-makers.
● Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
● Good internet connection and laptop or PC is mandatory.
