Job Description:**Subject: Vacancy: Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Engineer at Kama Manufacturing**
Kama Manufacturing, located in 10th of Ramadan City, is currently seeking a full-time Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Engineer to contribute to the enhancement of supply chain performance and production planning.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between demand and supply.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading or supporting monthly S&OP meetings and cycles.
* Analyzing historical sales data, forecasts, and market trends to inform accurate demand planning.
* Collaborating with sales, marketing, production, procurement, and finance teams to gather input for demand and supply plans.
* Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels, and capacity utilization.
* Identifying discrepancies between demand and supply and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
* Monitoring inventory levels and proposing replenishment or reduction strategies.
* Supporting scenario planning for capacity adjustments, demand fluctuations, or supply chain disruptions.
* Contributing to the improvement of forecasting tools, ERP/MRP systems, and planning processes.
* Ensuring timely and accurate data entry and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Skills:
- Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning or operations (S&OP experience preferred).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP ).
Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
