- Requirement: Answer the questionnaire attached as form.
- Deep market knowledge of variety of new and old plastic products and its prospective buyers
- Ability to not only plan, but more importantly – making sure the milestones are being achieved in terms of targets, business KPIs.
- Formulate an executable plan to grab market share in Riyadh and rest of the Kingdom – Starting with western region to the rest.
- Ability to oversee a team of sales staffs – from supervisors to sales representative – operating as a unit and maximizing productivity and revenue for the entire division
- Must be well organized in planning, execution and every-day approach
- Prompt credit collection from the clients – not just creating business via credit but must be able to collect the payment without delay professionally
- Able to procure items from inside and outside Saudi Arabia
- Sales Target of 2 Million SAR per month
- 10 years+ experience (Plastics, disposables) – Middle east.
- 35-42 Age bracket
- Bachelors or Master Degree Holder in Marketing, Plastics or Sales (Latter Preferred)
- Transferable Iqama status or Passport Holder – for international recruitment
- Excellent Communication skills – spoken, written specially email correspondences.
- Well networked contacts in the industry – to hit the road running.
