Maintain an updated record of the sales forecast/budgets and document any time of revision or amendment.
Maintain an update product libraries with all changes in product codes or introduction of new items and make sure that it is needed to conduct the required trade listings.
Issues daily distribution, penetration on sales analysis reports to assist the sales team to monitor the performance of their teams.
Manages internal sales tools including: Budgets, Customer Spend, WHS stock levels, Freshness, Distributor Stock Levels, Trade Visibility, Visibility Drives, POSM Placement, as well as Sales Incentive Schemes.
Operates the JDE system to maintain updates reflected on timely manner.
Issues specific analysis reports based on internal data as and when requested.
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel & Power Point)
