The Sales Team at KTS International is dedicated to establishing and nurturing relationships with current, prospective, and future clientele by providing exceptional services tailored to their individual needs. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify and cultivate leads through networking, cold outreach, and digital platforms.
* Present and promote Kingdom Travel Services’ concierge offerings to potential clients.
* Cultivate and maintain robust, enduring client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
* Assess client needs and customize service offerings to fulfill their specific requirements.
* Achieve or surpass established monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
* Collaborate with operations and concierge teams to ensure seamless service execution.
* Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
* Remain current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and prevailing market conditions.
Skills:
- Please note all candidates must be able to communicate fluently in English
Education and Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Qualities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and understand their needs.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of luxury travel and lifestyle services is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings or events.
