Job Description


Enthusiastic Sales Advisor to generate new Intake candidates for the Academy. Through Sales meetings, phone calls, emails, or direct contact. Major duties and responsibilities will be to facilitate the sales by guiding candidates towards their desired Target Career in DUBAI, by infecting the advantages in Security guarding career path and the values for acquiring SIRA training here in India, saving time, money and efforts. Sales Advisor is responsible to create an attractive career goals for the candidates and Generate new Intakes.



  • Conduct B2C & B2B sales meeting & Dealing with Recruitment Agencies to generate new candidates’ intakes (Target 250 Candidates per month)
  • Working with regulatory bodies for Road-show recruitment events
  • New Intake Advertising campaigns, Village Road-shows events, Newspapers Ads, …
  • Dealing with Recruitment agencies (Agencies who will bring candidates to the academy). Strong agents’ network within Hyderabad and else States within India
