Job Description :

Receiving and processing renewal agreement orders.Issuing sales transaction invoices.Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.Compiling monthly sales reports and data analysis.Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.Identifying new products to add to those on offer.Supporting the sales department with administrative tasks.Preparing reports on sales activities such as tracking incoming leads and follow up with potential clients.Coordinating with other departments such as marketing to ensure that sales campaigns are supported by other departments.Tracking sales lead information such as names, contact information, and follow up activities.Managing leads through the sales pipeline feature of CRM.

Job Requirements :

BA in Business Administration3-4 Years of experience (preferably in Technology)Fluent EnglishGood Communication SkillsProblem-solving SkillsCRM experience
