Job Description :

Process orders via email or phoneCheck data accuracy in orders and invoicesContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesLiaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain and update sales and customer recordsDevelop monthly sales reportsCommunicate important feedback from customers internallyEnsure sales targets are met and report any deviationsStay up-to-date with new products and features

Job Requirements :

Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agentHands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsA team player with high level of dedicationAbility to work under strict deadlinesCertification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
