- Answering phone calls and following up on vacations for sales consultants in the branch.
- Acting as admin assistant for the department, following up on paper work related to sales team such as vacations, work permissions.
- Welcoming visitors and customers and up them to meet the sales team.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software support and MS Office.
- Handling Marketing channels that generate leads and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram,…etc).
- Coordinate between departments to issue clients contract.
- Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and clients records.
- Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.
- Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years experience in real estate companies is a must
- Excellent knowledge in CRM & MS office
- Presentable .
- Organized .
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communications skills.
- Working Hours from 10am to 6pm and one day off.
- Residents of New Cairo or around are preferred.
