Job Summary

Serving as the primary business contact for the client and responsible for client acquisition and satisfaction. Expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to clients, as well as representing client needs and goals within the organization. Building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeated sales and business opportunities.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking responsibility for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client-delilivered products and services and revenue.
  • Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, and informing the sales section supervisor of any issues that may arise.
  • Owning the contract and contract renewals for new POs for existing clients.
  • Approving change orders and invoices and being responsible for payment collections and coordinating with finance.
  • Working closely with the project team in order to maintain continuous knowledge of project status to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project(s).
  • Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and projects meet set budgets.
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and new business generation, involving the region sales manager.
  • Communicating the client’s goals and interests to all concerned parties.
  • Providing regular two-way communication between the client and implementation team to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Understanding company capabilities and services and effectively communicating all offerings to the client.
  • Executing the allocated sales plan through managing all the day-to-day sales activities and closely monitoring lead generation and development.
  • Conducting visits to clients and participating in sales leads and closing deals as per plans.
  • Conducting visits to potential customers to offer Bits Arabia projects, products, and services.
  • Performing initial or primary diagnostics to identify clientsu2019 needs and proposing the scope of services in coordination with engineering and operations.
  • Reviewing, preparing, and approving all proposals and offers as per A&R thresholds after coordinating with concerned functions such as Engineering and Operations, PMO, Procurement and Supply Chain, Marketing, and Business Development with regards to structure, pricing, partners, and delivery requirements.
  • Market intelligence and identifying potential clients and competition.
  • Reporting to the Region Sales Manager, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
