**About the Location:**

AMAALA, situated on the northwest coast of Saudi Arabia, boasts diverse natural environments. **About the Role:**

The Room Service Order Taker serves as the initial point of contact for guests requesting in-room dining. The incumbent will ensure the accurate, timely, and professional handling of all orders while delivering exceptional service and anticipating guest requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

* Answer guest calls promptly and courteously, accurately recording food and beverage orders.
* Clearly communicate special requests and dietary requirements to the kitchen and service team.
* Confirm order details with guests, including timing and delivery instructions.
* Maintain accurate records of orders and payments.
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues or concerns professionally.
* Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and seamless delivery to guest rooms.

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in room service, call center, or hospitality is preferred.
* Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential.
* Must possess attention to detail and accuracy in order taking.
* A friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor is required.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously is necessary.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
