Job Description :
Manage all store operations, optimist sales and profits, control relevant store costs, and support and implement Merchandise, Marketing & other in-store initiatives.Ensure excellent customer service through the implementation of the brand/company guidelines to enhance the shopping/brand experienceFormulate and implement store strategies and proceduresCoach Store Managers to use commercial information effectively and Control costs within budgetary guidelinesMonitor and control expenses ( overtime, local, stock and consumables) through efficient storeoperations Look at prospective sites and evaluate new sitesPrepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets and ensure sales and profitability are in line with market budgets.Ensure effective inventory and warehouse management for Home Center in the market.Understand market dynamics (demographics, consumer behavior, market understanding, etc.).Ensure skill development of showroom staff through Learning & Development.Monitor and appraise the performance of retail staff in coordination with Area RetailSet KPIs for direct reports and conduct performance appraisals.Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote products and boost salesPrepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiencyAnalyzing data and making decisions about pricing and promotions in response to customer feedbackAuditing inventory levels and ordering new stock as necessary to meet demand
Job Requirements :
Experience from 2-4 years as Retail Operation Manager.Experience from 4-6 years in fashion industry preferred in classic suits.Must have Experience in international brands .Have Bachelor’s Degree.Very Good in English language.Very good in MS Office.Decision Making , Planning and Organizing.Excellent Follow up and high Communication Skills.Solving problems , leadership skills, management skills.only males can apply.
