Premedion GmbH is a SPA Consulting & Management Company within the Deutsche Seereederei Group in Germany and has been in operation since 2004 from its headquarters located in Hamburg, Germany. Premedion has contributed more than several years of resorts Consultancy and Management experience to the spa, fitness, health care, and lifestyle industry, working with both German and International Hotel groups and resorts as well as on stand-alone projects.
Premedion Health and wellbeing focuses on prevention besides its successful rehabilitation programs in cooperation with the German experts and equipment, and influence positively the lifestyle of our guests through providing comprehensive programs that include fitness, nutrition, weight management, pampering, and beauty served by our professionals that provide a devoted service to all our members, guests and patients as we believe in every aspect of our philosophy and we are dedicated to serving the individual needs of yours.
At this point in time, Premedion GmbH has begun reestablishing an Egypt-based branch, to begin matching demand in the market for the enhancement of spa’s within hotels and clubhouses as well as supporting clients in establishing spa’s and wellness centers.
We are looking for a versatile flexible and active addition to our team, that is willing to intertwine in all affairs to do with establishing the new Egyptian branch and support us in instituting the companies functions.
Skills
esearch and development/ design & technical service coordinator
•Keep a business competitive by providing insights, research into the market and developing new concepts for all clients
•Keeping a business competitive by conducting ongoing research
•Using said research to conduct and develop concept designs for clients in coordination with the below member
•In charge of developing concepts and treatments with clients as well as building a roaster of freelance practioners
•Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
•Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
•Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers
•Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
•Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development/ as well as assessing the methods in which we hire and train employees
•Document all phases of research and development.
•Assess the scope of research projects and ensure they are on time and within budget.
•Be present at industry conferences on research topics of interest.
•vide assistance to clients in person, via email, or telephonically.
•Is the number one contact in interaction with potential and current clients
• On-call and consistent follow-up with client
•Schedule meetings or telephone conferences between clients and management.
•Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
•
•Understanding and building relationships with all shareholders involved to instil deliberacy
•Coordinates workflow between (example: architects or construction with premedion and with the client)
•Insures that we are on time
•Manages data ad client data (this is later explained in the long-term plans)
•Liaise with in-house teams to adjust service offerings and assess related costs.
•Visit projects and check on the progress of ongoing projects and report back to the team and R&D
