- Responsible for building and establishing positive relationships between Maximus and the client
- Liaising between the Operations team and the clients to ensure high quality delivery and prompt resolution of any issues

- Working with an involving the customer closely in the planning, execution, and periodic review of the business relationship to build customer loyalty and retention.

- Developing and implement action plans to improve company-client relationship. Focusing on realistic, quantifiable, results oriented implementation is essential.
- Developing and present weekly reporting and tracking service delivery against KPIs
- Developing and presenting more comprehensive performance reporting, and continuous improvement plans on behalf of the Operations team to the client. This includes designing presentations and dashboards for client consumption
- Ensuring client needs are communicated to the Operations Director and Leadership and factored into the goals of the programme
- Working closely with Operations Director to set objectives and implement strategies necessary for achieving set goals and target
- Analyzing industry trends to identify developments in client relations and adjust accordingly
