Job Description:**Subject: Opportunity: Relationship Manager – SME (Dubai)**

Yubi, a global innovator in corporate debt markets providing advanced digital finance solutions, seeks a highly motivated Relationship Manager to spearhead SME borrower acquisition and onboarding in the UAE for Yubi Loans. Reporting to [Insert Reporting Manager Title, if known], the successful candidate will develop and execute business development strategies, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure seamless platform adoption.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Client Acquisition:** Identify and acquire SME and corporate borrowers across a range of financing products (Business Loans, POS Merchant Loans, Loan Against Property, Equipment Loans, Working Capital, and Trade Finance).
* **Business Development:** Implement proactive outreach, prospecting, and lead generation activities to establish a robust client pipeline.
* **Client Engagement:** Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, CFOs, Treasury teams), fostering engagement throughout the sales process.
* **Needs Assessment & Pitching:** Understand client debt requirements and tailor Yubi’s solutions to address specific financing needs.
* **Transaction Handover:** Ensure smooth transition of onboarded clients to the transaction execution team for deal closure and ongoing support.
* **Account Management:** Monitor client progress, track transaction statuses, and ensure platform activity.
* **Feedback Loop:** Collect client feedback to enhance the onboarding process and inform product and technology improvements.

**Qualifications:**

* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years (up to 15 years) of experience in SME and corporate client acquisition with demonstrated understanding of enterprise financing products.
* **Financial Products Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of SME and commercial banking asset products (Unsecured Business Loans, Merchant POS Loans, Asset-Backed Loans, Loan Against Property, CAPEX Loans, Working Capital, and Trade Finance).
* **Sales & Lead Generation:** Proven track record of generating leads and achieving B2B sales targets, including experience in cold calling, prospect meetings, and creative lead generation strategies.
* **Relationship Management:** Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers and manage multiple relationships concurrently.
* **CRM Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) for data tracking, lead management, and reporting.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical proposals and complex financial products clearly.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in SME lending platforms or fintech solutions.
* Familiarity with the UAE market and regulatory landscape for corporate and SME financing.
* Additional language proficiency.
* Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset, result-driven, adaptable, and able to scale a business rapidly.
* Target-driven with a strong track record of meeting sales goals and driving the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
