**Key Responsibilities:**

* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
* Conduct regular client follow-ups to evaluate needs and solicit feedback.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client requirements.
* Generate and present reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
