Regional Manager – High Jewellery

Charterhouse is working exclusively with a Luxury Jewellery Design House with a long history of artisanal excellence and craftsmanship which is launching their first stores in the Middle East and is looking to hire an experienced Regional Manager to lead their ambitious expansion plans across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to join an iconic High Jewellery House with a rich history of craftsmanship and storytelling. The main purpose of this role will be to lead the retail and wholesale expansion across the GCC and constantly identify new opportunities to grow the brand’s presence in the Middle East region.
You will be in charge of the recruitment, development, coaching and motivation of the small regional team and you will drive the performance of the team and the business.
In addition, this role will be focussed on conducting regular market and competitor analysis, marketing ROI analysis to provide a transparent overview of the market conditions to HQ.
Moreover, this role will oversee all the aspects of the regional marketing and merchandising activity.
