The primary responsibilities of this position encompass the cultivation and sustainment of robust relationships with customers and distributors, including active engagement in trade exhibitions to identify and capitalize on export prospects. Furthermore, this role necessitates collaboration with pertinent departments to facilitate the effective resolution of client issues. The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of precise sales forecasts and strategic plans founded upon a comprehensive assessment of prevailing market opportunities. Analysis of market supply and demand dynamics is required to pinpoint existing gaps and translate them into actionable sales opportunities. Communication of information pertaining to novel products, services, and field observations to relevant internal teams is also a key component of this role. The incumbent will develop, implement, and monitor the export plan in conjunction with the annual export budget. Enhancement and oversight of the export management system, encompassing processes, procedures, and policies related to market expansion, customer databases, and reporting mechanisms, are crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and enhanced performance. Finally, the role requires the exercise of sound judgment and decisive action to penetrate new markets and drive export growth, while remaining cognizant of and adhering to the company’s production capacities.
