About the Role:

The role involves leading the sales and services of B2B team and to perform daily visits to new and existing customers, mature new leads, and close new requirements from existing customers. Additionally, responsible for B2B portfolio management, upselling/ Cross-Selling, New Acquisition, churn prevention and timely collection from the existing customers through services team.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

  • Maintain sales volume, business retention, product mix by maintaining relationship with customers and ensuring governance.

  • Ensure achievement of assigned Team targets through selling of GSM, Enterprise Solutions, Devices, A2P along with developing strategy to maximize sales volume and quality of acquired accounts over competitors.

  • Manage Sales and Services teams by developing a business plan covering sale, revenue, portfolio management, retention / churn prevention, relationship upselling, collection and promoting the organization’s presence throughout the circle.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business deliverables and maximum value addition.

  • Build Relationship and rapport development with the top tier of the company/customers and C-level Management.

  • Penetrate in all segments SME, large corporate, government sector and lead large projects.

  • Ensure high level of team engagement, enablement, and motivation.

  • Continuously develop and grow team members into successors.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skill aligned with Telenor’s values.

Your Typical Day will look like:

  • Drive penetrative strategy into the region and enable the team to push Enterprise solutions, GSM, Government Entities, Devices, IoT and A2P portfolios to customers.

  • Ensuring high level presence in SME/ME and Large Enterprises.

  • Ensuring resolution of network /coverage matters of the region with respect to expansion.

  • Present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to the Management as well as making decisions on key challenges.

  • Monitor KPIs through regular reporting and analysis to assess team’s performance.

  • Assist in product development and market penetration for enterprise solutions in the circle.

  • Devise a vertical strategy for increasing ME, Corporate and B2G business volume and penetration.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and engage resources through strong enthusiasm & high energy.

  • Drive high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards.

  • Coaching and mentoring ability towards team development.

  • Be an advocate of the Telenor Way in all its aspects.

What we’re looking for:

Education: Minimum master’s degree in business, marketing or another relevant disciple. 

Work experience: Minimum 3- 5 years’ relevant position experience
