Job Description
• Review the annual Manpower Plan.
• Recruit the required Employees based on the manpower plan
• Manage the Replacement requests from other departments.
• Post jobs on social media and recruitment channels.
• Screen the applicants to make sure that they meet the necessary requirement and
qualification.
• Handle the interviews (Schedule – HR- Technical).
• Inform the applicants about offers and required hiring documents.
• Following up with candidates till they join the organization and close the job.
• Establish a strong data base (soft and hardcopies) for the Positions.
• Prepare any reports related to the recruitment process requested by the HR
Manager
Skills
- Experience: Not Less Than 2 Years at the same position.
- Language: Excellent Command in English
- Education: Bachelor Degree, HR Courses is preferred
- Required Skills: Communication Skills, Analytical Skills
- Gender: Males Only.
