With continued growth, our global client is seeking a Recruitment Specialist within the professional services sector to cover maternity leave until November 2021. Therefore candidates should be immediately available and able to commit fully to the duration of the contract.
This role will be responsible for targeting both active and passive candidates through head hunting and direct approaches, job postings, talent mapping and industry research. Networking and internal referrals will also be considered in the search for experienced Consultants to join the management consultancy firm. Therefore, the successful candidate will be a strong relationship builder and possess excellent communication skills. Additional Arabic language skills are considered highly advantageous.
Continually ensuring there is a sufficient pipeline of suitable candidates available, the Recruitment Specialist will be the first point of contact for candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process. Applications and CVs will be shortlisted and initially screened by the Recruitment Specialist and you will therefore coordinate with the broader team and internal stakeholders to ensure all those involved are confident of suitability and progress, prior to arranging interviews. All details are updated and monitored on the internal system and regular data analysis and reports will be provided to the senior team. In addition you will also be responsible for bringing new and innovative ideas to the recruitment function to further develop strategies and concepts to ensure a first class service to all involved.
