Job Description:Assume responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing requisition through onboarding, while maintaining a positive candidate experience; collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements and formulate robust sourcing methodologies; evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural alignment; leverage diverse sourcing avenues, including job boards, social media platforms, and industry events, to attract highly qualified personnel; coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant stakeholders; maintain meticulous and current records within the applicant tracking system; cultivate and sustain a talent pipeline to address both immediate and prospective staffing demands; ensure adherence to all relevant legal statutes and organizational hiring policies and procedures; contribute to employer branding initiatives designed to promote Pulse Medical Co. as a preferred employer; provide regular reports to HR leadership, detailing recruitment metrics and progress; possess knowledge of payroll sheet preparation and personnel-related tasks.
