**Responsibilities:**
* Administer the full recruitment cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain departmental requirements and define precise job specifications and candidate profiles.
* Develop, publish, and manage engaging job postings across various recruitment platforms and professional networks.
* Actively source potential candidates via online channels, including professional networks, social media, and resume databases.
* Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, suitability, and cultural alignment.
* Coordinate the interview process with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
* Maintain accurate and current records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Cultivate and maintain a robust talent pipeline for present and future recruitment needs.
* Represent Yousef Al-Rajhi Group professionally at career fairs and industry events, promoting our employer brand.
**Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated professional experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a comparable role.
* A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
* Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and the entire hiring process.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making capabilities.
* Proficiency in the utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR-related software.
* Superior organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple open positions concurrently.
* Proven sourcing skills and familiarity with diverse recruitment channels.
* Fluency in both English and Arabic is considered a significant asset.
