Job Description & Role:

A Recruitment Officer or Recruitment Consultant with 0 to 6 years of related experience is required in Al-Koura, Lebanon. Work can be performed fully remotely from the comfort of your home with weekly or monthly visits to the office as required.

The Recruitment Officer/Consultant acts as a central hub and vital link between candidates and Clients. The role is challenging and demands good organization skills, strong communications and an interest to research new roles and fields which involve continuous learning.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the client industry, service offering and work culture

• Approach new clients and discuss their recruitment needs

• Build good relationship with customers though open communication, regular updates, quality deliverables and professional attitude

• Analyze customer requirements in terms of open positions or get vacancy details from employers and support in developing job description when necessary

• Enter new job Requirements & candidate details in Database

• Keep records of clients, employers and vacancies

• Research the role to understand the job requirement in order to find the right candidates

• Develop search to look for suitable candidates and advertise the role on multiple platforms

• Find and approach the right candidates through the use of multiple tools like: Recruitment databases, LinkedIn, recruitment sites, social networking sites etc.

• Match candidates to suitable jobs

• Interview and test job seekers to build a pool of people ready to fill vacancies

• Create Evaluation Matrix for multiple candidates against provided rating

• Screen and shortlist candidates in line with customer requirements before employers interview them

• Check references and candidates’ history before submission

• Package candidate resumes in preparation for submission

• Organize interviews for candidates with client and informing them about the results

• Negotiate package and facilitate arrangements between client and candidates

• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on Salary scales, training and career progression

• Work jointly and support the rest of the team toward exceeding company and individual targets ( deadlines, number of placed candidates, target revenue and generated business leads )

• Establish direct contact with candidates to explain any details related to position or offer

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and submissions

• Respond to candidates queries and provide update upon closing the recruitment process

• Follow company standards and guidelines in relation to ATS update, Folders and documents structure and format
