Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

Answers telephone, screens and directs calls
Takes and relays messages Provides information to callers
Greets persons entering organization
Directs persons to correct destination
Deals with queries from the public and customers
Monitors visitor access and maintain security awareness
Receives and sort mail and deliveries
Maintains appointment diary either manually or electronically
Organizes conference and meeting room bookings
Controls inventory relevant to reception area
Maintains cleanliness in the reception area

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

High School diploma generally required

Years of Experience

Fresh graduates with 0-2 years of experience operating a multi-line telephone or switchboard system; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human Resources.

Required:

Excellent Command of English
MS-Office
New Cairo or nearby residents
