Reports To: Showroom Manager


Job Summary:


The Receptionist reports to the Sales/Brand Manager and receives customers and guides them to the concerned Sales Executives.


Key Responsibilities:


• Greeting and receiving customers and directing them to the concerned Sales Executives.

• Attending all incoming & outgoing calls and handling inquires whenever possible.

• Redirect calls as required and take messages when required.

• Handles all correspondence through email, fax and telephone calls.

• Scheduling appointments with clients (If any).

• Maintaining high confidentiality ethics.

• Attain maximum customer satisfaction.
