Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary Property 365 Real Estate is now looking for sales consultants for the Dubai real estate market. You will be a self-motivated, passionate and have a proven track record in real estate or sales. You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.

Job requirements;

•    Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.

•    Qualifying potential buyers

•    Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads

•    Negotiating offers and contract negotiation

•    Maintain regular contact with all clients Renumeration;

•    Training and real estate licence will be facilitated after successful completion the probationary period

•    Visa and medical insurance

•    Potential uncapped commission of AED50,000 + per month

•   50/50 commission split

•    25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays & Christmas

•    Incentives for top performers including luxury holidays, designer watches and suits. Other;

•    Car licence essential

•    Any nationality welcome 

•    Languages – English compulsory written and spoken to European standards

•    Arabic / French / Spanish speaking is a bonus
