Real Estate Manager

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Portfolio management of Americana’s real estate portfolio in KSA.
  • Execution of restaurant portfolio rationalization.
  • Execution of restaurant portfolio space utilization.
  • Execution of Americana’s owned assets.
  • Execution of Americana’s accommodation, offices, and warehouses real estate (non-retail assets).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Real Estate or Land Economics.


  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field, preferably half of them in the same or like industry, i.e., retail or corporate accommodation.
  • Have experience in MENA region specially in the Western Region – KSA
  • Arabic strongly preferred.


  • Thorough understanding of real estate and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of retail and corporate accommodation.
