Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Portfolio management of Americana’s real estate portfolio in KSA.
- Execution of restaurant portfolio rationalization.
- Execution of restaurant portfolio space utilization.
- Execution of Americana’s owned assets.
- Execution of Americana’s accommodation, offices, and warehouses real estate (non-retail assets).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Real Estate or Land Economics.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field, preferably half of them in the same or like industry, i.e., retail or corporate accommodation.
- Have experience in MENA region specially in the Western Region – KSA
- Arabic strongly preferred.
Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of real estate and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of retail and corporate accommodation.
Skills
- Highly developed negotiation, consensus building and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong analytical skills.
