Our virtual assistants cold call homeowners that are motivated to sell their homes gather information about the property, and schedule appointments for the US-based team to go out and view the property.
This role is for result-oriented individuals that are able to perform in a sales environment. Virtual team members on our team will receive competitive base pay as well as incentive pay based on performance (up to $150 for any house purchased as a result of the appointment set). Job is part-time, with full-time potential based on performance.
Required for Employment
Wired Internet of minimum 30 Mbps with wired Ethernet
Wired Noise Canceling Headset
Good PC or Laptop with Google Chrome installed

Responsibilities include:
Cold Calling / Appointment Setting (80% of role)
*Contact homeowners VIA CallTools Power Dialer
*Document information the current condition (e.g., repairs needed) and circumstance (e.g., owner sale timeline) of home
*Coordinate appointment with the homeowner and US-based team
*Update spreadsheet with information collected on the call

*Accessing online lead information and entering data into spreadsheets
