Who are we looking for?
A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a ‘passion’ for real estate
Excellent Time- Management skills
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients
Min 1 to 2 years of verified sales experience
Promote sales of off-plan properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Develop a strong understanding of off-plan property market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Establish a network with developers to stay updated on upcoming projects and offerings.
Offer expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Attend property launches and events to network and promote sales.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
