**Principal Responsibilities:**

* Facilitate property transactions for clients, encompassing buying, selling, and renting activities within Dubai.
* Conduct thorough market research to maintain current knowledge of property trends, valuations, and regulatory frameworks.
* Generate leads through professional networking, strategic outreach, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Organize and execute property viewings, ensuring a refined and professional client experience.
* Provide expert counsel to clients regarding property valuations, investment prospects, and legal considerations pertinent to real estate transactions.
* Negotiate and finalize property agreements to optimize benefits for both clients and the organization.
