**Responsibilities:**

* Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties within Dubai.
* Conduct thorough market research to remain current on property trends, valuations, and regulatory frameworks.
* Generate prospective client leads through networking, direct solicitation, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Organize and conduct property viewings, ensuring a professional and informative experience for clients.
* Provide expert advice to clients regarding pricing strategies, investment prospects, and legal considerations related to real estate transactions.
* Negotiate and finalize property transactions to optimize benefits for both clients and the company.
* Maintain and update property listings within the company’s CRM system and relevant real estate portals.
* Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
* Ensure all transactions are executed in full compliance with applicable UAE real estate laws and regulations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and provide diligent follow-up with clients subsequent to transaction completion.
