**Responsibilities:**

* Assist clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of properties within Dubai.
* Conduct thorough market research to maintain current knowledge of property trends, valuations, and applicable regulations.
* Generate prospective client leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate and execute property viewings, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for clients.
* Provide expert advice to clients regarding property valuations, investment opportunities, and legal considerations pertaining to real estate transactions.
* Negotiate and finalize property transactions to optimize benefits for both clients and the company.
* Maintain and update property listings within the company’s CRM system and relevant real estate portals.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
* Ensure all transactions are conducted in full compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations.
* Provide exemplary customer service and conduct diligent follow-up with clients following transaction completion.
