**Key Responsibilities:**
* Facilitate property transactions (buying, selling, and renting) within Dubai.
* Conduct comprehensive market analysis to maintain current knowledge of property trends, pricing, and regulatory frameworks.
* Generate leads through proactive networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
* Organize and conduct property viewings, ensuring a professional and seamless client experience.
* Provide expert advice to clients on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
* Negotiate and finalize property transactions to optimize outcomes for both clients and the company.
* Maintain and update property listings on the CRM system and relevant real estate portals.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
* Ensure strict adherence to all applicable UAE real estate laws and regulations throughout the transaction process.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and provide diligent post-transaction follow-up.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Sales Executive, or similar role in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
