The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional negotiation capabilities, and a demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service. The Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of properties within Dubai, including Off Plan Projects. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads through various channels, arranging property viewings, advising clients on pricing and investment opportunities, negotiating property transactions, maintaining property listings, fostering relationships with stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional post-transaction client service.**

Skills:
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Sales Executive, or similar role in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
