This full-time, commission-based position requires an individual with a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional negotiation capabilities, and a commitment to providing superior customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist clients in the acquisition, sale, and rental of properties within Dubai.
* Conduct thorough market research to remain current on property trends, valuations, and regulatory frameworks.
* Generate prospective client leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
* Coordinate and conduct property viewings, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients.
* Provide expert counsel to clients regarding pricing strategies, investment prospects, and the legal implications of real estate transactions.
* Negotiate and finalize property transactions to optimize outcomes for both clients and the company.
* Maintain and update property listings on CRM systems and relevant real estate platforms.
* Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
* Ensure adherence to all applicable UAE real estate laws and regulations throughout the transaction process.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and provide diligent post-transaction follow-up.

Skills:
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Sales Executive, or similar role in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
