Job Description
- Undertakes required quality initiatives, audits, risk management as due in conjunction with the Patient Safety.
- Directs and coordinates investigation of complaints/incidents concerning in-effective service.
- Reviews and evaluates patients’ medical records as part of documentation audits.
- Interprets and implements quality improvement standards to ensure quality care is delivered to patients.
- Review standards, existing hospital policies and procedures, and evaluate effectiveness of quality program.
- Undertakes quality initiatives, risk management as required and assigned.
- Development of various reports regarding performance against quality indicators.
- Monitors and evaluates appropriateness of quality improvement plans and practices.
- Collaborates and consults with other associated facilities regarding current quality improvement activities.
Skills
- Must have a good experience in Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation or any other international accreditation and licensing process.
- Healthcare experience
- Communicate effectively both verbally & written.
- Computer proficiency in spreadsheet, data base, and word processing programs, such as MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
