Oversee and manage daily quality control functions encompassing all food production and catering operations. Ensure adherence to, and monitor compliance with, food safety and hygiene standards as mandated by local and international regulations. Regularly inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to verify conformance with quality specifications. Develop, revise, and enforce quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Lead and mentor quality control personnel, fostering professional growth and adherence to best practices. Investigate and resolve quality discrepancies, non-conformances, and customer grievances promptly and effectively. Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test outcomes, corrective measures, and compliance documentation. Collaborate with production, warehousing, and operational departments to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. Generate and present quality reports and analyses to management to support data-driven decision-making. Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring preparedness and compliance with all applicable standards.
