Job Description:Oversee and direct all quality control functions within the plastic manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies through the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust quality control systems and procedures.
Skills:
- Minimum of 7 year and maximum of 15 years of experience in quality control within the plastic industry.
- Proven experience in managing or supervising quality control teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to plastics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical data, specifications, and laboratory results.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and laboratory equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Willingness to work on-site (on-premises) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
