Job Description:**Position: Quality Control (QC) / Business Monitoring & Competitive Advantage (BMCA)**
**Position Objective:** The primary objective of this position is to support the Business Monitoring Team in achieving daily operational goals. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with routine tasks, adhering to project deadlines, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail while upholding stringent quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor the implementation of internally and externally agreed-upon action plans designed to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other relevant professionals to ensure the delivery of optimal care.
* Coordinate with regional staff regarding all internal and external audits.
* Complete all necessary clinical documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
* Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with relevant ethical and professional standards of care, as well as applicable legislation and company policies, standards, and procedures.
* Develop and maintain respectful and cooperative working relationships to facilitate the integrated and seamless delivery of services to patients, families, and clients.
* Monitor program performance through established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Provide effective support to Program Managers in the management of Patient Support Programs by liaising with hospitals, patients, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with Axios staff to implement the required services for enrolled patients within the program(s).
* Prepare timely monitoring reports (monthly) detailing patient numbers and logistical information, as well as quality assurance reports (quarterly) for internal review.
* Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reports.
* Monitor and track patient files in collaboration with Axios staff in real-time as patients progress through the program.
* Attend and complete Pharmacovigilance, Pharma, and Product Training sessions provided by the client, demonstrating a clear understanding of safety data collection and reporting protocols.
* Attend, complete, and facilitate all required training to ensure service delivery is aligned with industry standards.
* Report any adverse events or product complaints in accordance with client requirements and/or Axios Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Conduct all program activities exclusively through the use of Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS).
* Participate in periodic meetings with Axios leadership and department heads to provide updates on program performance.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Circumstances
- The position is based in our regional office, and it requires frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities and partners that may be outside your designated region.
- Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential.
Educational Background and Experience
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector is ideal.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent networking skills
- Experience in data monitoring and management is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating and handling logistics/supply chain is a plus.
- Experience in communication service management.
- In lieu of working experience, a demonstrated passion for philanthropy through volunteer involvement is also a plus.
