The Quality Assurance Specialist is accountable for guaranteeing the manufacture of all pressure vessels and associated components adheres strictly to established industry standards, stipulated customer specifications, and pertinent regulatory mandates. This position encompasses the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Assurance systems, the execution of inspections and audits, the analysis of relevant data, and close collaboration with both production and engineering teams to proactively identify and resolve quality-related discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure adherence to applicable codes and standards, including, but not limited to, ASME Section VIII, API, ISO 9001, and client-defined requirements.
* Coordinate with external inspection agencies, clients, and certification organizations during inspection and testing procedures.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformances.
* Maintain meticulous Quality Assurance records, encompassing inspection reports, test certificates, calibration records, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
* Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement programs focused on product quality and process control optimization.
* Participate in internal audits and provide support during external audits conducted by certification bodies and clients.
* Guarantee comprehensive documentation and traceability of materials and processes throughout the entire production lifecycle.
