Job Description
- Perform accurate and precise QC tests on received raw materials, finished goods and in-process materials.
- Adhere to the ISO 22000 QMS system requirements, procedures and documentations.
- Visual inspection of packaging materials.
- Supervising the food safety team.
- Detailed reporting and analysis for any QC/QA discrepancy
- Implementation of food safety and good manufacturing practice rules and regulations
- Ensure raw material, packaging material and finished product traceability
- Implement segregation for suspected materials
Skills
- Solid knowledge of analytical chemistry theory and practice
- Proficiency in titration and back titration method
- Strong ability to follow standard testing methods
- Good understanding of MSDS and chemical handling
- Precision and accuracy in standard solution preparation
- Strong hand-on knowledge with GC operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of edible oil testing procedures is an added plus
- Strong communication, reporting and leadership skills
