Job Description

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will mainly work on a rotating six days a week, prioritizing the night shift, covering soft service and mall point of supervision on outsourced and in house team.

Reporting to : Quality Assurance & Procedure specialist/ Quality assurance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  •    Implement the Soft Services Delivery Management plan.
  •    Monitor the performance of the FM service contractor regarding soft services.
  • Ensure that soft services are managed following the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and that all relevant KPIs are consistently met.
  • Support the project and property facilities, common area spaces, amenities, parking lots, etc., during post-opening phases.
  •   Follow up on housekeeping, contractors, logistics preparations for events, and other marketing/ events planning departments.
  •  Ensure that employees and teams fulfill the scope of work of the respective roles listed above.
  •   Encourage and maintain effective communication with all on-site contractors and management to set and achieve targets and ensure the effective support of operational activities and development.
  • Monitor the site shift team’s day-to-day activities and stay on-call on rotational basis.
  • Report and document to the line manager, prepare required checklists and oversee highlighting deficiencies and related correctives.
  • Take charge of soft service replenishments – not limited to props, toilet amenities, consumables & sanitization.
