Psychologist (Human Resources)

A leading construction company having projects across Saudi Arabia is looking for an experience Psychologist to work as a team member in their Human Resources Department. The major purpose of this role is to provide psychological support to management in terms of candidates character analysis, behavior mapping to promote health and well-being of employees and working environment.

The main duties include to administer psychometric assessments of new candidates along with to ensure they have the right behavior required for the vacant positions. Studying the behavior of current employees and offering regular support to individuals in the company. Administration of psychological testing tools for the new candidates. As a psychologist, you will provide complete character analysis and behavior report to department manager for hiring decisions. Apart from that, you will be providing administration support to team members in daily HR operations.
