Our client is seeking an experienced Bid/Pitch Proposals Executive for this new role within their expanding organisation. In this role you will be required to lead on proposal development and the management of strategic opportunities. You will coordinate the proposal response process as well as draft the key content for our proposal responses. You will drive opportunities from the initial approach through to proposal submission and contract signature. You will also be responsible for managing the procurement process and following up on submitted opportunities as part of the sales pipeline and other ad hoc business development activity as may be required from time to time. You must be a native English speaker. For this role we are accepting applications from outside of the UAE and for the right candidate our client would be willing to allow you to work remotely provided you are within a reasonable time zone to the UAE. This role offers the total WFH option which really is great. You must be a native English speaker
Description:
- Supporting the wider business development team to develop new business by project managing and assisting with driving the overall proposal process from initial opportunity to contract
- Coordinating the proposal response process and the proposal responses and ensuring on time delivery of proposals, meeting internal and client deadlines and requirements
- Writing, editing, formatting, and coordinating pitch content and ensuring this is kept up to date
- Managing the procurement process from beginning to end and dealing with procurement requests such as supplier registration and contract negotiations
- Leading and managing simultaneous large and strategic RFP/RFI responses
- Liaising with key stakeholders both within our client’s organisation and externally to obtain relevant information and to align and ensure that expectations, timelines, and goals are met
- Regularly following up on submitted opportunity responses to ensure the sales pipeline is continuous and updating the internal trackers
- Liaising with requestors to confirm scopes of work and the submission process
- Generation of pitch activity reports and analyses for relevant stakeholders
- Review and standardization of content and templates with key stakeholders
- Proactive recommendation of improvements and enhancements to the process and our client’s services and processes
Skills
Criteria:
- Highly motivated and a high performer, with the ability to be flexible
- Excellent communication skills
- UAE/GCC experience and residing in the UAE would be a nice to have but not essential
- Ideally degree educated
- Highly organized and able to assist on multiple projects
- Able to make good decisions whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/CRM systems
- Good presentation, reporting and administration skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines and commitments – good time management
- Our client offers the WFH option
- Previous experience in a law firm professional services firm would be an advantage
- Must be a native English speaker
- It is essential you have experience in Bid Proposals/RFP and be used to doing them on a daily basis
