Job Description:**Responsibilities encompass proposal writing and editing, proposal development and management, collaboration and research, knowledge and quality management, and pre-sales and post-submission support. This includes:**

* Drafting technical proposals, concept notes, and capability statements adhering to client specifications.
* Creating persuasive pitch decks, brochures, and visual aids utilizing software such as PowerPoint.
* Reviewing and refining all documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, proper grammar, formatting, and appropriate tone.
* Spearheading the comprehensive development of technical and financial proposals in response to solicitations from various entities.
* Coordinating the entire proposal lifecycle, including schedule management, task assignment, internal evaluations, and submission procedures.
* Collaborating with internal teams to acquire pertinent data, insights, and contributions.
* Conducting comprehensive research on clients, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
* Employing standardized templates and maintaining a central database of proposal resources.
* Supporting pre-sales activities by gathering requirements and contributing to client presentations.
* Monitoring business development progress and assisting in post-submission inquiries.

Skills:

  • At least 2:4 years of Proven experience in proposal writing and presales, in the education, Edtech sector, is a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and Education, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication, Time Management, and Multitasking Skills.
  • Excellent Proofreading, Writing, Research, and Organizational skills.
  • Excellent English and Arabic Languages, French is a plus.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and AI Tools.
