Property Team Leader – Sales

We are currently hiring a professional Team Leader with A Real Estate background .

Job duties: –

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
• Achieving Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas to divide among Sales Representatives.
• Apprise and monitoring the sales team
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
• Acted as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals.
• Understand and keep up to date with the current market trend
• Build and establish good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers
• Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market
