Key Accountabilities

Property Management

•   Oversee the day to day properties operation for alternative assets ensuring compliance with the defined policies and procedures.

•   Communicate with other Property Mangers/landlords for fulfilment of alternative assets demands / requirements and resolution of issues.

•   In charge of all security and cleaning requirements of his assigned property 

•   Prepare and archive all Property Management reports, memo, and other documentation to ensure availability of required information to stakeholders.

•   Manage all aspects of assigned properties including PM requirements and tenant request.

•   Monitor FM services and assist with FM requirements in coordination with facilities management team

•   Design business plans for assigned properties to achieve financial targets and goals.

•   conducts detailed inspection on a periodic basis to insure quality and update property status. 

•   Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants

•   Coordinate with Leasing /marketing to Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants if required.

•   Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements.

•   Update job and market knowledge including leasing laws and general real estate news.

•   Coordinate with the concerned Government authorities to get the required approval for various Property Management requirements.

•   Respond to tenant complaints and requests in a timely and courteous manner in order to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.

•   Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. 

•   Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental reports to meet alternative assets and department requirements, policies and standards.

•   Update and maintain data in property management system.

•   Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by management.
